S. Kristi's Bio

   S. Kristi Douglas began actively serving the Lord while studying at Temple University in Philadelphia, helping to  organize a dormitory evangelism ministry. She also coordinated and taught bible studies to women on campus.
After receiving her communications degree, the Lord enlarged her vision, directing her to use her gifts of administration and teaching and her talents of event planning to establish an event planning ministry called Seasons Events.  Seasons Events has produced conferences, networking events, retreats and other special events for Christian women.
A native of Washington, DC, Kristi's earliest childhood memories are of God's faithfulness to her visually impaired single mother as she raised two children. At the age of six, she gave her heart to Christ while at the home of a neighbor. Through the counsel and example of her godly mother and her pastor, she learned to trust and obey God's Word.
Believing the call on her life is to help establish women and singles in God's Word, Kristi says, "I know firsthand the truth of Isaiah 61:3. And I am reminded daily of God's mercy and grace toward me in spite of my sin. He has restored to me what I allowed the enemy to destroy. And I want to share that hope with other women of God."
Kristi enjoys teaching on women's issues, Christian dating principles, and related subjects. In addition, she has written several bible studies.
She has worked professionally in both the broadcast and print journalism industries.
A budding music composer and avid songwriter, Kristi has recently recorded a released a new single, "Daughter of the King." She is partnering with ministries and agencies which serve women in crisis, using her music to help increase awareness of issues facing women and to raise  funds for these organizations.
She enjoys writing, designing a line of Christian tees and gifts called "Kristianitees" and loves spending quality time with her husband of 12 years and their three beautiful children.
